SANTIAGO,- Agentes de la Policía desactivaron ayer una presunta banda de sicarios que por razones de litis judicial fue contratada para asesinar en serie a dos personas, entre ellas un reconocido abogado de Santiago, informó la institución del orden.
Detalló que los detenidos son el filósofo William Gregorio Mejía Chalas, autor intelectual; Pedro Ismael Hernández Hernández, quien labora como taxista; Daury Manuel Encarnación de la Rosa, Fernando Henríquez Tomas y Carlos Andrés Vásquez Rocha, este último trasportaría en una motocicleta al pistolero Rafael Augusto Mora Ramírez (El Menor).
Indicó que la investigación practicada a unos de los implicados arrojó que Mejía Chalas, un intelectual con maestría en filosofía, además de ex catedrático de la Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PCMM), y en la actualidad es profesor de la Universidad
Autónoma de Santo Domingo (UASD), acordó con Vásquez Rocha un pago de 300 mil pesos, de los cuales ya había abonado 150 mil, para ejecutar a su ex suegra Aura Modesta Santana Reyes y a su representante legal, Cristian Eduardo Perelló Aracena.
Precisa que a los sicarios se les ocupó tres motocicletas marca Suzuki AX1200, una Jeepeta marca Mitsubishi Montero Sport, propiedad Mejía Chalas y dos pistolas, una Tauro 9 milímetros número L73959, propiedad de Luis Manuel Encarnación, así como también, la Caranday 9 milímetros número T0620-06272, ocupada al pistolero Mora Ramírez, quien en archivos policiales figura con antecedentes penales.
Los investigadores policiales y la Fiscalía Adjunta determinaron que el autor intelectual se auxilió de una persona, por el momento solo identificado con el nombre de Ariel, para que le constatara a los sicarios a cambio de la suma de 20 mil pesos para la compra de una motocicleta.
Se determinó también que Mejía Chalas, en otras ocasiones, había pagado la suma de 200 mil pesos para ejecutar dicho plan de asesinato a causa de una litis judicial que por separación de bienes y la custodia de su hija de tres años de edad, mantiene con su ex esposa Patricia Salcé, quien se encuentra residiendo fuera del país y la familia de esta.
